as a property sourcing platform for real estate developers, institutions
and its clients.
By registering, I agree to submit properties that genuinely match the
posted demands. Property details I submit will be shared with the
relevant demand-hosting entity (developer, institution or ORS client)
for evaluation.
I declare that I either own the property I submit or hold
the owner's explicit consent to present it for sale or
lease. I understand that ORS and its clients are under no
obligation to pay brokerage, commission or any other fee to me
unless separately agreed in writing.
